Multifunctional collaboration in the development of digital-first products As an Insurance Product Manager, you will create a strategic vision for your product and evangelize it across CAS, engaging teams from other areas to execute the strategy. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing product metric tracking, using those metrics as the basis for backlog prioritization, understanding our users’ needs, and developing solutions that address them while aligning with Sicredi’s strategic objectives. Therefore, it is essential that you are able to build and communicate the product strategy and translate it into the team’s backlog, as well as monitor progress and make decisions based on the leadership’s strategic OKRs and the area’s tactical OKRs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Focus on results, business, and strategy; * Vision that drives product strategy through to decisions ensuring result-oriented focus; * Backlog administration and roadmap administration; * Ensures definition of requirements for what to build, collaborates with the development team, and monitors releases. * Must be able to identify the minimum viable product (MVP); * Prior experience working with multifunctional teams in product development (preferably digital-first); * Analytical capability, strategic and creative thinking; * Ability to identify problems and make evidence-based decisions; * Proactivity and initiative; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with other teams and leadership; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in financial institutions and in Insurance and/or Health Plan products; * Experience making decisions regarding features and backlog prioritization; * Experience in Discovery stages, hypothesis validation and business definition, as well as solution delivery; * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Business Administration, or related fields; * Courses and certifications from Product schools. **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days onsite at the company headquarters located at Av.
