Remote support for field technicians **Position: NOC SUPPORT I (12/36\) NIGHT SHIFT** **Location: Barbante St., 1570 \- Morro do Meio, Joinville \- SC** **Work Schedule: 12/36** **Shift Hours: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM** **Job Summary:** * Responsible for network monitoring, delivering advanced support to business customers via chat or phone, and assisting field technicians with maintenance and installations. **Responsibilities:** * Advanced support via phone and chat for residential and business customers. * Network and customer monitoring. * Diagnose and resolve issues related to internet connectivity and network devices. * Record customer interactions and solutions in the internal system. * Provide remote support to field technicians. **Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of networking and IT. * Strong communication and typing skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems. * Prior customer service experience (preferred). **Base Salary: R$ 1\.792,00** **Attendance Bonus: R$ 200,00** **Night Shift Allowance (20%): R$ 358,00** **Meal Voucher: R$ 394,50** **Transportation Voucher** **Health Insurance** **Birthday Leave** **Free Parking** **Internet Allowance** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$2\.744,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Internet allowance * Free parking * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
