




Job Summary: Supervise and manage waste collection operations, fleet maintenance, and team activities, ensuring quality standards and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety, quality, and continuous process improvement. * Supervise all operational activities related to organic and selective waste collection, general cleaning services, and maintenance services, organizing and controlling tasks to ensure timely execution, achievement of targets, and compliance with Ambiental’s established quality standards; * Monitor and control the company’s fleet maintenance team’s activities, evaluating preventive and corrective maintenance service requests for the branch’s fleet, establishing execution priorities based on demand, assessing vehicle condition, dispatching vehicles to authorized workshops, analyzing part replacement and repair needs, and reviewing cost estimates; * Issue work orders for equipment repairs, following Maintenance Management’s instructions; * Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective tire maintenance services at authorized tire shops, including tire marking when necessary; * Conduct practical driving tests for new drivers, training and guiding them according to Ambiental’s established norms and procedures; * Evaluate and report vehicle and equipment performance/productivity to the immediate supervisor, based on performance standards and analysis and monitoring systems; * Plan and organize workflow, assigning tasks among staff and allocating necessary resources to complete work; * Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators, proposing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; * Monitor traffic incidents involving company vehicles and take necessary actions, guiding field inspectors on required procedures and actions; * Monitor and enforce compliance with company safety, quality, and regulatory standards, ensuring all staff use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and adhere to internal policies; * Monitor operational processes and identify problems or bottlenecks, implementing solutions; * Support the Human Resources department in resume screening, interviews, disciplinary processes, attendance tracking, absences, tardiness, scheduling and follow-up of new hires for admission medical exams, document collection, and other HR processes; * Refer new employees to the Human Resources department for occupational safety training; * Keep the team informed and engaged by providing support, training, and guidance for task execution, as well as conducting alignment meetings on processes, procedures, and improvements; * Prepare and submit operational reports to leadership, providing a clear overview of operational performance and implemented improvements; * Manage inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring replenishment of essential items to prevent operational disruptions; * Conduct operational audits, instructing staff on their work processes and implementing corrective interventions and process/procedure improvements; * Inspect tools and equipment condition, requesting preventive or corrective maintenance; * Request quotations for materials, machinery, tools, or services, reporting to the Procurement department and immediate supervisor for action; * Stay updated on processes relevant to the area of responsibility; * Attend leadership meetings to align processes and procedures; * Keep supervisors informed about area procedures and incidents; * Safeguard corporate brand and image. **National Driver’s License Category AC or higher is mandatory.** Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Driver’s License: C, E, D Willingness to relocate * Bradesco Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Emotional and Personal Support Package * Health Assistance Package * Longevity Bonus * Meal Voucher * DAY OFF * Transportation Voucher
