Handle alerts and incidents, acting promptly to resolve issues. Provide assistance and support to drivers, clarifying doubts and offering necessary guidance. Perform operational checklists to ensure procedural compliance. Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for vehicle monitoring systems, tracking their execution. Assist in managing drivers' working hours, ensuring compliance with legislation. Support the management of tolls, accommodations, and other operational expenses. Previous experience as Fleet Assistant, Logistics Assistant, Fleet Coordinator, or Transportation Analyst may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. High school diploma required.
