Focused on quality and innovation, it serves various sectors of industry and civil construction. **Responsibilities:** Greet visitors professionally, clearly, and courteously, serving as the company's business card. Receive visitors, clients, and suppliers, register their entry, and issue visitor badges and PPE when access to the factory is required. Distribute job application forms to candidates interested in open positions. Conduct incoming and outgoing truck weighings for raw materials or goods, generating the corresponding weighing PDF. Forward weighing PDFs to departments responsible for collecting or receiving goods. Answer and route external phone calls to the relevant departments. Maintain an organized parking area, directing vehicle traffic when necessary. Ensure safe and company-compliant vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow. Direct suppliers delivering goods to the department responsible for receiving them. Keep the workstation clean and organized. Position located in Ascurra / SC. Previous experience as a Security Guard, Access Controller, Security Receptionist, or Gate Agent may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this role. High school diploma required.
