**AGGREGATES AND THIRD-PARTY ANALYST \- ITAIPAVA NEIGHBORHOOD \- ITAJAÍ/SC** **REQUIREMENTS** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Economics, or related fields Relevant work experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Easy access to the company **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Main activities:** * Manage and monitor aggregated drivers and third-party transportation companies; * Ensure compliance with loading and delivery schedules; * Monitor operational indicators, deadlines, productivity, and service levels; * Maintain control over documentation, contracts, and third-party registrations; * Support freight negotiations and operational alignment with logistics partners; * Track transportation incidents and propose prompt and effective solutions; * Maintain continuous communication with internal customers, drivers, and service providers; * Conduct operational analyses and identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal policies, and operational procedures. **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48. **COMPENSATION** Salary: R$4\.500 Transportation allowance On-site meal without deduction Meal allowance of R$300 Life insurance Unimed Litoral Health Plan Amil Dental Dental Plan SEST SENAT agreement Corporate university Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Payment: R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (preferred) Work location: On-site
