About the position Required qualifications Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Pedagogy, Social Work, Social Sciences, or a health-related field. Requirements and preferences * Experience coordinating teams or managing projects; * Strong organizational skills and communication abilities; * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferably Excel and Word); * Data analysis and performance indicator tracking capabilities; * Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile; * Driver’s license category B. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Planning, organizing, executing, monitoring, and evaluating activities related to the Assistance and Health areas of the Unit, including supervision of staff and project planning aligned with operational areas, ensuring all tasks comply with institutional guidelines and goals; * Promoting and disseminating practices linked to the Sustainable Development Goals; * Planning, organizing, and conducting workshops and thematic events; * Facilitating partnerships by establishing inter-institutional contacts to support the implementation of initiatives; * Representing the institution and participating in meetings, working groups, and study groups as needed; * Supporting outreach efforts, acquiring new clients, and retaining existing ones; * Monitoring, guiding, and supervising activities carried out by staff and interns in Health and Assistance, following each project’s methodology; * Overseeing staff selection processes according to criteria and regulations outlined in internal Sesc-SC documents and official notices; * Preparing various reports and documentation for the aforementioned areas; * Tracking financial outcomes and production targets for Health and Assistance projects; * Willingness to participate in training programs offered by Sesc-SC; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays when required. ⏰ Working hours 44 hours/week Schedule flexibility Salary R$ 5,957.00 **Benefits that make a difference:** ✅ Life Insurance ✅ Unimed Health Plan ✅ Meal/Voucher Allowance (R$1.00 deduction) ✅ Quality of Life Incentive Program ✅ Incentives for professional development and training ✅ Discounts on Sesc services (Dentistry, Education, Gym, Restaurant, Hotels, and more) Recommended references * Sustainable Development Goals.
