Here’s what we’re looking for in the **Financial Analyst** role: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; + Financial Statement Analysis; + Cash Flow Management; + Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel); + ERP Systems and Financial Management Software; + Banking Operations; + Negotiation with Financial Institutions; + Foreign Trade Documentation and Exchange Processes. **So, what will you actually do?** * Oversee the control and management of the company’s financial resources; + Ensure standardization of processes and internal controls; + Provide technical support to other departments within the company; + Develop, monitor, and organize the company’s cash flow, subject to management approval; + Be accountable for accurate tracking of financial transactions (accounts receivable and accounts payable); + Conduct, monitor, and renegotiate collections from delinquent customers according to company policy; + Verify, organize, and submit required financial documents for monthly accounting closings; + Perform reconciliation of all cash and bank payments and receipts; + Conduct customer credit analysis in accordance with the company’s credit and collection policy; + Monitor financial contracts, banking operations, investments, and financial applications, taking appropriate action in case of inconsistencies or deviations; + Ensure compliance of financial operations with internal policies and current legal regulations; + Interact with financial institutions to negotiate fees, terms, and credit limits, in line with management guidelines; + Carry out and monitor financial operations related to import and export processes, including foreign exchange negotiations and settlements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and established deadlines; + Properly record financial transactions in the ERP system; **And to make things even better, our benefits include:** * Food basket; * Health insurance plan; * On-site meals; * School kit for employees’ children; * Baby kit for employees expecting a child; * Internal personal development programs; * Birthday gift; * Feedback-oriented culture. **Work Modality** * CLT employment, Monday through Friday: From 7:40 AM to 5:28 PM.
