




Job Summary: Opportunity for a professional focused on organization and administrative, financial, and logistical support, performing office routines and document control. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and control of files and documents. 2. Support to the finance department, including cash reconciliation and closing. 3. Support in administrative and logistical activities. **Requirements:** \- Completed High School education; \- Organizational skills, good writing and communication abilities; \- Basic knowledge of Excel is a plus. \- Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B, is mandatory; **Responsibilities:** \- Routine processes and file organization, including document receipt control. \- Assist the finance department, schedule bank payments, and process payment settlements (bank reconciliation) \- cash closing and control (including deposits $) \- Purchases related to Laundry (office) \- Support activities relevant to the department \- Availability to make urgent deliveries if required (rare), and transport employees between laundry facilities (rare) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – Business hours: 8:00 AM \- 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM \- 6:00 PM **Compensation:** R$ 1\.800,00 to R$ 2\.500,00, depending on experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Payment: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
