




Description: * Completed technical course in Industrial Chemistry or Food, and/or completed or ongoing degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields; * Experience in the area and work in a slaughterhouse will be considered differentials; * Availability to work in shifts. * Monitor and perform tests on the production line and packaging; * Verify self-control programs, CPs and CCPs; * Prepare reports and review data in spreadsheets obtained from production assessments; * Perform collection, identification and organization of microbiological and physicochemical product analyses; * Conduct training and assist in administrative activities of the sector. 250911020252647699
