Job Summary: The Quality Control Analyst will monitor and test production to ensure continuous improvement in product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for monitoring and testing on the production line and packaging. 2. Prepares reports and verifies production evaluation data. 3. Conducts training sessions and assists with administrative activities in the department. The **Quality Control Analyst** will perform monitoring and testing during production to ensure continuous improvement in product quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct monitoring and testing on the production line and packaging; * Verify self-control programs, PCs, and PCCs; * Prepare reports and verify production evaluation data in spreadsheets; * Perform collection, identification, and organization of microbiological and physicochemical analyses of products; * Conduct training sessions and assist with departmental administrative activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Industrial Chemistry or Food Technology, and/or completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in the field and work experience in a meatpacking plant will be considered advantageous; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Frig.
