Carry out activities that support the manufacturing process of Tirolez products, respecting quality and productivity standards, complying with internal Safety, Health and Environment (SSMA) regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMP). 2\. Assist in various department activities, including unloading cheeses from draining presses, molding, feeding manual presses, controlling cheese turning time, turning cheeses, transporting cheeses to cooling and salting areas. 3\. Assist in feeding cheeses into the drying tunnel. 4\. Prepare equipment to start the stretching process, adjusting the machine for each cheese type, checking the pH of the masses to be stretched, controlling water temperature and stretching machine speed, verifying the consistency and quality of the mass, monitoring the mass output, checking water temperature and where the mass falls. 5\. Transfer masses from one tank to another, remove mass blocks from tanks, cut mass blocks to place into the stretcher, then transport them by cart to the salting chamber. 6\. Perform cleaning and sanitization of utensils, equipment and civil structures in the sector. 7\.
