Job Summary: The PPCP Analyst optimizes resource utilization and ensures on-time delivery by allocating materials and labor and monitoring production. Key Highlights: 1. Production performance monitoring and capacity analysis The PPCP Analyst (Production Planning, Programming, and Control) supports planning and control of the company's production activities to optimize resource utilization and ensure adherence to delivery deadlines. This professional acts strategically to achieve optimal allocation of materials and labor, while monitoring production performance. * Develop the Master Production Schedule (MPS), considering targets, minimum stock levels, and lead time * Perform Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in the ERP system, generating purchasing and production requirements * Confirm availability of raw materials and supplies * Schedule, verify, and release Production Orders according to the defined plan * Program daily/weekly/monthly production based on installed capacity * Track production progress (shop floor reporting) and record deviations * Monitor and verify raw material consumption; monitor scrap and non-conforming products * Analyze open orders versus monthly and daily production capacity * Suggest capacity adjustments (shifts, additional staff, overtime) * Analyze and validate scheduled and preventive maintenance downtime periods with the Maintenance team * Support the Commercial team in defining and committing to realistic delivery dates * Perform daily production scheduling for the corrugator and paper machine; Track Production Orders on the shop floor; Update PPCP spreadsheets and controls (BI); Verify production reports (quantity produced, losses, trimmings, and downtime);
