Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to collect, organize, and analyze ESG data, monitor key performance indicators, and support the preparation of reports, contributing to the company's sustainability. Our commitment to responsible and sustainable development is a fundamental part of our DNA. **Responsibilities and Duties** Collect, organize, and analyze ESG data from various internal and external sources; Monitor and track ESG performance indicators, including environmental, social, and governance data; Support the collection and monitoring of GHG inventory data; Assist in preparing the Annual ESG Report and contribute to disclosures aligned with frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, and others; Support completion of questionnaires issued by financial institutions and clients; Contribute to internal and external communication materials related to ESG performance; Conduct research on ESG trends, standards, best practices, regulations, and frameworks; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG criteria into various processes and projects; Support administrative and operational activities within the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * Basic understanding of ESG principles and frameworks, and corporate social and environmental impacts; * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word); * Intermediate English proficiency is a plus. **Additional Information** * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Health insurance plans; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Education assistance; Since its inception, Guararapes has been living proof of the power of vision, determination, and commitment.
