Act as a strategic partner to managers and assist in employee engagement initiatives. We are seeking an HR Analyst to join our team. This professional will be responsible for supporting and executing people management processes, contributing to organizational development and ensuring sound HR practices across all stages of the employee journey. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead recruitment and selection processes (job postings, resume screening, interviews, and new employee onboarding); * Support the development and implementation of HR policies and practices; * Administer training, development, and performance evaluation programs; * Perform payroll, benefits, and timekeeping-related controls and routine tasks (in partnership with the Payroll Department); * Monitor organizational climate and turnover indicators, proposing improvements; * Act as a partner to managers in team oversight and conflict resolution; * Assist in implementing engagement, diversity, and organizational culture initiatives; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations; * Directly manage portals by performing the "input" of labor and occupational safety documentation; * Issue invoices (NFs) in the system; * Familiarity with the TOTVS RM system is a plus.
