Job Summary: Proactive and analytical professional to analyze processes, identify improvements, implement programs, and support operational excellence initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and optimize processes for continuous improvement 2. Support the implementation of excellence programs such as 5S and Kaizen 3. Manage KPIs and support improvement projects ### **Requirements** * Proactive, analytical, and organized profile; * Strong interpersonal communication skills. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions aligned with the organization’s strategy; * Support the implementation and maintenance of the Pioneer Excellence Program; * Support 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives; * Support standardization and correct application of Lean tools across company processes; * Collect, organize, and analyze data for process mapping, report preparation, and performance indicator (KPI) monitoring; * Develop and review procedures, work instructions, and departmental documents; * Support the organization and delivery of training related to Lean tools and continuous improvement; * Support analysts in executing low- and medium-complexity improvement projects; * Monitor and manage Continuous Improvement department KPIs; * Provide direct support to the department Supervisor in daily activities. ### **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a technical or undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of quality and Lean tools; * Intermediate proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI. ### **Benefits** * UNIMED Health Plan; * Meal voucher; * Education allowance; * PRA (Attendance-Based Remuneration Program).
