JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for supervising, coordinating, and controlling front-counter activities—guiding and clarifying doubts for cashiers and packers regarding their daily tasks; approving operations; providing necessary materials to the team; organizing meetings; and primarily serving customers in accordance with established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures—aiming to ensure service excellence and accuracy in the store’s financial transactions.
ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED
Ensure execution of front-counter operational procedures by guiding and monitoring daily routines, deadlines, and prescribed methods—including loading data into PDVs and scales, checking prices, providing assistance and clarifying inquiries, monitoring cash discrepancies (monetary movements and loss prevention), organizing informational and supportive meetings, as well as handling diverse customer requests;
Ensure accurate execution of daily cash withdrawals and cash register closings—performing physical cash counts and reconciling them with system records—to guarantee accuracy in the store’s financial transactions;
Guarantee and manage customer flow to prevent queues;
Ensure compliance with internal conduct, service, and security policies;
Contribute to reducing front-counter loss rates through preventive actions—including minimizing bag waste, preventing theft, and facilitating rapid returns of perishable goods, etc.;
Manage personnel matters related to shift scheduling, overtime banks, vacation planning, and other work-hour-related demands—by reviewing managerial reports provided by the HR Administration department and offering guidance to employees;
Promote professional development and team motivation through continuous coaching and feedback, performance monitoring, and technical training;
Provide support and assistance for related activities as required;
Requirements
**Minimum academic qualification:** Completed high school education
**Specific knowledge:** Cashier operations, financial transaction processing

**Working hours:** 12:20 PM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 9:40 PM\.
