**Description:** **1. Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering/Food Engineering, Dairy Technology, or related fields is desirable; **2. Required Knowledge:** People management; knowledge of milk and dairy product manufacturing processes; SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) and quality management systems; **1. Required Skills:** Critical analysis, conflict mediation, people development, execution of milk and dairy product manufacturing processes in compliance with legislation, safety standards, and quality requirements; **2. Required Attitudes:** Logical reasoning, proactivity, assertiveness, strong interpersonal skills, creativity, communication; **3. Required Training:** As per the skills and competencies matrix: Integration Program, Valorez, Code of Ethics, Good Manufacturing Practices and Allergens, HACCP and Food Safety, Integrated Pest Control, Chemical Product Handling, Occupational Accident Prevention, Proper Use of PPEs, and Golden Rules; 1. Coordinate the factory’s production process—from raw milk receipt through to finished product dispatch—directly managing supervisors, monitoring team performance, and ensuring adherence to production schedules within established quality, quantity, deadline, and cost parameters, thereby contributing to achieving departmental and company goals. 1. Develop and monitor area performance results and indicators, such as: production costs (energy, overtime, water consumption), milk yield in products, non-conforming product rate; analyze and identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction; 2. Support planning and execution of the Production Department’s tactical plan; 3. Prepare daily production schedules according to demand issued by the Head Office’s PCP (Production Control Planning) Department; 4. Periodically analyze inventory and work-in-progress production levels in coordination with PCP to align with sales demand; 5. Enter production scheduling into the designated system and communicate relevant information to the team; 6. Be responsible for scheduling milk and/or whey intake and dispatch; 7. Review daily production, quality, and equipment/machinery downtime reports to identify deviations from production process standards, implement corrective actions, and report findings to management; 8. Identify root causes of damage, waste, and unplanned equipment stoppages, proposing or implementing necessary corrective measures to reduce manufacturing costs; 1. Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality Control teams to ensure production process quality; 2. Jointly schedule equipment shutdowns with Maintenance for proper maintenance, optimizing production flow and extending equipment service life. 3. Coordinate each stage of the production process through to final product completion, ensuring compliance with specifications and characteristics for each product. 4. Guide the team on company regulations, work procedures, safety protocols, and other related matters; 5. Coordinate workplace organization, hygiene, and cleaning of work areas and equipment to maintain a safe, productive working environment and ensure optimal equipment operation, in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices; 6. Identify needs for changes in work methods or production processes and recommend necessary modifications to enhance productivity; 7. Interact with other company departments to achieve organizational objectives; 8. Analyze, develop, and propose continuous improvements to departmental processes, as well as those of other departments/companies; 9. Propose continuous improvements—including waste reduction, increased labor efficiency, and reduced processing time—within the scope of responsibility and across other departments/companies, utilizing SMART and P+L programs; 10. Strictly adhere to the company’s Quality Policy when executing the Food Safety Control Plans, aiming to deliver safe products; 11. Ensure that all activities—especially those involving critical control points, pasteurization, quality, and related aspects—are performed strictly in accordance with prescribed procedures to safeguard product integrity and food safety; 12. Act in alignment with our principles and values as outlined in the Code of Ethics; 13.
