Description: Profile * Higher education completed - Degree in Engineering and Production Technologies/Chemical/Food or related fields. * Solid experience in managing production teams; * Availability to work in shifts; * Experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments is desirable; Other Requirements and Experiences: * Experience in certification audits (SIF, FSC, ISO, and customer audits) is desirable; Description of activities to be performed: * Ensure compliance with the site's safety policy together with the entire production team; * Plan and carry out necessary scheduling to meet the monthly production plan; * Report daily yield data and other KPIs; * Work together with the production manager on improvement plans (PDCAs) related to safety, compliance, quality, production, and costs; * Monitor daily all production processes and report to the production manager; * Develop a training program for department employees, identifying needs and planning execution together with the HR department; * Ensure operational team management, including vacation planning, disciplinary actions, climate management, and others; * Define responsibilities of direct reports to achieve objectives; * Set priorities for the Maintenance team to execute tasks; * Conduct regular performance evaluations according to organizational policy; * Evaluate environmental aspects of processes and establish operational controls; * Participate in various site audits and promote the development of action plans; * Develop and engage the operational team in RCA development; * Be responsible for monitoring and taking actions to ensure rational consumption of water, electricity, and steam; * Be responsible for maintaining and improving the Integrated Management System related to the department. 2510300202211839090
