




Description: Technical Skills: * Perform sample collections from raw material receipts, aiming to carry out physicochemical, sensory analyses and release. * Assist in performing analyses of ultrapasteurized and condensed products for release to packaging. * Assist in performing physicochemical analyses of butter in process and finished product. * Monitor the quality of in-process products, raw materials stored in silos and tanks at the refrigeration station, and tanks in the production area. * Carry out collections of solutions from CIP centers and water points and perform physicochemical analyses to ensure recommended concentration and quality for use. * Assist in performing microbiological analyses on raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, in-process products, environments, personnel, equipment, and uniforms. Education: * Completed Technical Education in Chemistry. Requirement: * Must have active CRQ registration.
