Job Summary: The professional will follow work instructions, operate and control equipment, report issues, maintain organization, and ensure productivity in the production department. Guided by our GELITA Values and scientific research, we drive innovation and consistently focus on excellence, experience, and customer orientation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Follow Work Instructions and Production Orders from the department; * Report any process issues or deviations to the Production Supervisor; * Check equipment integrity and proper functioning at the start of each shift; * Issue Service Orders to Maintenance as needed; * Maintain constant communication with internal suppliers and customers to prevent equipment stoppages due to gelatin shortages and to sustain departmental productivity; * Operate and control equipment within your assigned work area to meet departmental process parameters; * Effectively address issues that may affect normal departmental operations; * Comply with relevant ITs and OPs for your department, as well as instructions provided by the Production Supervisor; * Adhere to Safety, GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards; * Keep your workplace clean and organized. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education Computer literacy preferred Experience in the food industry is a plus Availability to work rotating shifts on a 6x2 schedule **Additional Information** Benefits: * Medical Assistance (Employee \+ Spouse and Children); * Dental Assistance (Employee \+ Spouse and Children); * Pharmacy Benefit (R$ 420.00/month); * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Allowance or Parking; * Life Insurance; * On-site Meals; * Attendance Bonus (R$137.00/bi-monthly); * Christmas Bonus (R$200.00\); * School Supplies Allowance for employees' children in grades 1–9 (paid in January); * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) up to 2 salaries (based on goal achievement).
