If you seek an environment that encourages continuous learning, teamwork, and the development of solutions that truly make a difference, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** **You will be responsible for:** * Assisting in performing maintenance services on electromechanical machines and equipment, such as motors, conveyors, and automation systems. * Supporting the installation of seals, locks, and identification tags on equipment undergoing maintenance to prevent accidental activation. * Documenting maintenance activities thoroughly in Service Orders (S.O.), specifying start and end times, departments served, and parts used. * Conducting regular inspections of equipment to identify needs for repair, adjustment, or component replacement. * Collaborating in identifying equipment failures and technical issues, following established guidelines, procedures, and technical instructions. * Assisting in adjusting and calibrating electromechanical systems per instructions from the technical team. * Monitoring the receipt, verification, and organization of maintenance materials, parts, and supplies. * Maintaining up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including execution times and materials used. * Promoting a safe working environment by immediately reporting any identified hazards. * Requesting replacement parts, tools, and materials as needed to ensure availability for maintenance activities. * Providing support to mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical technicians in daily tasks, per received instructions. * Participating in training and capacity-building programs aimed at continuously improving knowledge and skills in the electromechanical field. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed Technical or currently pursuing Higher Education degree in Industrial Electrical Engineering. **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Driver’s License:** Class B. **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with electromechanical systems (motors, actuators, generators); basic maintenance of electromechanical equipment, including fault identification and correction; ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics; Use of manual, electric tools, and measuring instruments; familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics; knowledge of safety standards applicable to maintenance. **Behavioral Competencies:** Ability to collaborate effectively with maintenance teams and operators, promoting clear communication and teamwork.
