**Desired Profile for the Position:**
* Experience in the field and knowledge of logistics processes;
* Strong communication skills;

* Experience using Excel.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor negotiations with suppliers and freight carriers, tracking delivery and pickup deadlines for tractors, implements, and goods, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and preventing operational delays;
* Manage warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes, overseeing both physical and system-based product movement to ensure traceability, organization, and asset security;
* Maintain inventory and product reservation records using electronic spreadsheets and internal systems, ensuring data accuracy to support customer service and commercial operations;
* Schedule and negotiate tractor maintenance deadlines and implement assembly timelines, coordinating with internal or outsourced workshops to guarantee equipment release according to the established schedule;
* Track incoming and outgoing agricultural tractors and implements, maintaining updated records in spreadsheets and systems to ensure compliance with internal procedures;
* Plan truck logistics for both deliveries and pickups, serving branches and end customers while optimizing routes, timelines, and operational costs;
* Place purchase orders for tractors and implements in the SOLUTION and AGCO ONLINE systems, as required and per management guidance;
* Execute transfers of tractors and implements—either between branches or related to sales—ensuring accurate system records;
* Negotiate freight rates with carriers, balancing cost, timeline, and service quality;
* Conduct and monitor physical inventories, performing periodic verifications to validate stock levels and identify discrepancies;
* Update ICMS control spreadsheets, providing logistical information to support the tax department;
* Monitor preventive fleet maintenance—including inspections, check\-lists, fuel consumption, and other controls—using the 3Sat System;
* Monitor driver behavior, identifying irregularities flagged by the 3Sat System and reporting them to management via e\-mail, contributing to operational safety and compliance;
* Generate reports for fleet monitoring;
* Assist in managing leased vehicles.
