Job Summary: Responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial machines and equipment, diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electro-pneumatic failures. Opportunity for continuous improvement **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial machines and equipment at the feed mill (mixers, mills, pelletizers, elevators, screw conveyors, bagging machines, silos, etc.). * Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electro-pneumatic failures. * Work on electrical panels, motors, frequency inverters, sensors, and industrial automation systems. * Carry out adjustments, alignments, component replacements, and equipment lubrication. * Monitor machine startups following maintenance and overhauls. * Complete service orders and maintenance records. * Comply with safety, environmental, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations. * Support continuous improvement in production processes. **Requirements:** * Completed technical course in **Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields**. * Proven experience in industrial maintenance, **preferably in feed mills, food production, or agro-industry**. * Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems. * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings. * Availability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergency calls. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of industrial automation and PLCs. * Experience with grinding, mixing, and pelleting equipment. * Valid NR-10 and NR-35 certifications. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Organization and accountability. * Teamwork. * Focus on safety and quality.
