Description
**This professional will be responsible for the following activities:**
* Monitor and track team and store performance indicators; develop and implement action plans to achieve the store's goals under their responsibility;
* Serve as the store's liaison with administrative and support departments; manage the store's financial operations, infrastructure, inventory of products and supplies, and team management;
* Ensure all legally required documentation complies with current legislation;
* Carry out procedures related to loss prevention, risk management, and safety;
* Receive representatives from regulatory agencies;
* Ensure proper store organization, pricing, and cleanliness according to established standards;
* Maintain up-to-date the Branch Registration File, Branch Documentation File, and the Pharmaceutical Good Practices Manual;
* Print, verify, and submit monthly and quarterly monthly drug balance reports for Lists A and B2;
* Conduct weekly verification of controlled and antimicrobial drugs using the SCMC system;
* Perform daily verification of prescriptions filled the previous day;
* Submit daily controlled drug inventory movements to SNGPC/ANVISA.
**What you need to have:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy;
* Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF);
* Availability to work on weekends;
* Experience in managerial positions.
Employment type: Permanent CLT contract
Salary: R$6.300,00 \- R$7.468,00 per month
