Facilities Assistant - Operations

### **About the position** Support Facilities routines, ensuring efficient control of supplies, proper organization of materials, and operational support for administrative and logistical demands within the area. This role directly contributes to smooth operations by guaranteeing resource availability and compliance with internal processes. ### **Key responsibilities** * Monitor packaging stock used in operations * Manage the flow of uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), and office supplies * Conduct periodic organization and inventory of supplies * Support the separation and issuance of invoices for inter-branch transfers * Update and track Facilities-related service requests * Ensure organization and standardization of materials and processes related to the area * Assist in identifying and resolving daily operational issues ### **Mandatory requirements** * Basic knowledge of supply organization and inventory control * Proactive problem-solving ability * Fundamental understanding of occupational health and safety regulations * Valid forklift operator training certification ### **Preferred qualifications** * Prior experience in Facilities, warehouse, or related functions * Hands-on experience with inventory control and supply management * Familiarity with service request or operational control systems * Experience operating forklifts We are Brazil's largest pet ecosystem, united by a purpose: transforming the world into a place where pets are happier and healthier.
