Leadership and people management skills. * Lead and supervise branch staff. * Oversee branch administrative processes, including document preparation and organization, and fulfilling all reporting requests. * Coordinate and guide logistics operations, supervising and collaborating to ensure strict adherence to MAKITA standards. * Supervise and monitor the technician’s work regarding repairs and quotations. * Handle technical service centers and distributors, receive orders for the branch, and manage the billing process. * Sell accessories to customers, demonstrating functionality, and accept machines for repair. * Monitor the power tool market, analyzing and observing competitors to inform and improve internal marketing policies. * Coordinate billing for machines, parts, and accessories, and provide customer service by addressing inquiries and expediting goods delivery. * Be responsible for branch billing and inventory management.
