




Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, sending and receiving emails, experience in the role, dynamic and proactive * Answer telephone and intercom calls, directing calls or taking messages. * Receive visitors arriving at the company and direct them to the appropriate departments. * Assist with routine tasks related to receiving invoices, checking data, and entering information into systems. * Handle employee time clock registration. * Issue invoices. * Prepare various administrative controls and routines relevant to the position.
