Promote continuous improvement of the team Industry is hiring a PCP Coordinator in São José do Rio Pardo. * **Participate in the selection process via Jobbol** and receive direct feedback from the company! **What you will do in this role?:** Coordinate short-, medium-, and long-term production planning aligned with commercial and operational goals. Analyze productive capacity and propose action plans to optimize processes. Supervise daily line scheduling, ensuring on-time delivery and production efficiency. Monitor performance indicators (OTIF, plan adherence, inventory turnover, among others). Coordinate the S\&OP process jointly with Commercial, R\&D, and Operations departments.
