If you seek an environment that encourages continuous learning, teamwork, and the maintenance of efficient processes that truly make a difference, join our team. **Responsibilities and duties** **You will be responsible for:** * Providing technical supervision of cheese (fresh, parmesan, standard), requeijão, butter, yogurts, and other dairy product manufacturing processes; * Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and established quality standards; * Monitoring implementation of GMPs, HACCP, control of CCPs, traceability, and other sanitary requirements; * Monitoring physical-chemical and microbiological analyses, reporting deviations and supporting corrective actions; * Overseeing milk and ingredient standardization used in production; * Identifying opportunities for improvement in production processes to reduce losses and increase efficiency; * Supporting pilot tests and activities related to product development or adjustment; * Providing technical support during internal and external audits and inspections (MAPA, ANVISA); * Guiding and supervising operational teams on technical procedures and good practices; * Supporting technical training and operational refresher courses; * Monitoring production and quality indicators, reporting results and deviations to the Technical Manager or Coordination; * Collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments to ensure process continuity. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related fields. **Technical knowledge:** Proven experience in manufacturing processes for cheeses (fresh, parmesan, and standard), requeijão, butter, yogurts, and other dairy derivatives. Technical knowledge of pasteurization, fermentation, aging, coagulation, standardization, and packaging. Familiarity with applicable regulations and legislation for the dairy sector (MAPA, ANVISA, RIISPOA). Experience in dairy industry settings, preferably medium-sized facilities. **Behavioral competencies:** Attention to detail and focus on quality; Operational organization and discipline; Ability to guide and supervise teams; Strong communication skills and teamwork; Proactivity and sense of responsibility. **Driver’s license:** Class B.
