An environment of constant learning and interaction with major clients **Job: Lathe Operator – 1071** **Location:** Guaranésia/MG **Area:** Machining / Tooling We are looking for a **Lathe Operator** with proven experience in machining, who is interested in working integrally within production processes, paying close attention to technical data, drawings, and continuous improvement. The professional will be practically involved in component control as well as administrative tasks and customer service. ️ **Responsibilities** * Interpret technical drawings and process specifications. * Update and follow process sheets for the main machined components. * Monitor tool consumption and report deviations or excesses. * Support per-component cost control, identifying potential variations. * Conduct technical tests on tools and processes, recording results. * Maintain organization of the workstation, tools, and materials. * Contribute to continuous improvement actions in machining processes. * Support inventory activities and control of non-circulating materials, when necessary. * Provide technical support to customers, resolving inquiries and offering assistance as needed. **Requirements** * Technical or technological education in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related fields. * Proven experience in machining, including operation of lathes (conventional and/or CNC) and milling machines. * Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and basic metrology. * Familiarity with process control and continuous improvement concepts. * Microsoft Office Suite: basic proficiency. * English: basic level (preferred). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in tooling and high-volume machining environments. * Experience conducting tool testing and process optimization. * Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM** **Salary: R$ 3.000 to R$ 3.500** **Benefits** Meal Voucher: R$ 16.00 per day; Transportation Voucher; Health Insurance (co-payment plan, effective after 90-day probation period); Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; Gympass; Scholarship Program; SESC Membership. **Why Apply?** An environment of constant learning and interaction with major clients Opportunities for technical development and recognition **Interested in this position?
