




Description: Strategically and operationally support integration among development, infrastructure, and operations to ensure stability, efficiency, and security across Santé’s technological environments. Responsible for optimizing processes, automating routines, providing technical support to the team, and enabling intelligent use of data for decision-making. Responsibilities and Duties * Serve as the primary technical support contact for users. * Administer, update, and maintain corporate software and systems currently in use by the company. * Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new systems and technological tools. * Develop and/or integrate APIs between systems when required. * Automate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. * Ensure information security and support compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). * Monitor and maintain data backups and disaster recovery procedures. * Manage hardware and software inventory control. * Design and maintain managerial dashboards and reports using BI tools. * Provide basic HTML and CSS support for web tool integrations. Requirements and Qualifications * Proven experience with BI tools (TARGIT, Power BI, or equivalents). * Knowledge of SQL and database querying. * Prior experience in network administration and IT infrastructure support. * Solid understanding of hardware, operating systems (Windows and Linux), networks, and servers. * Familiarity with information security principles and foundational knowledge of the LGPD. * Experience in software maintenance and support (installation, updates, troubleshooting). * Understanding of dimensional modeling and ETL processes. * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and RESTful API development. * Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with managers and business units. * Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset, focused on results and delivery quality. * Ability to translate technical concepts into executive-level language. * Strong organizational skills, commitment, and effective priority management. * Continuous learning mindset and willingness to grow alongside the team. * Alignment with agile methodology (sprints, backlog management, weekly deliveries). 2512160202201867546
