Come be part of this story, become a \#MococaLover too! **Responsibilities and duties** Manage requests recorded in the Customer Service Center (SAC), taking necessary actions for proper feedback to the requester, as well as keeping the company's commercial representatives' records updated for monitoring purposes. **Requirements and qualifications** **Technical Skills:** * Work together with representatives and other company departments, aiming to establish communication links among involved parties, including representatives, customers, and area managers; * Support the preparation of follow-up reports as requested by managers; * Provide customer service according to SAC records, forwarding information to responsible departments for response drafting; * Register representatives in a specific system, preparing commercial representation contracts to carry out management; * Cancel representative registrations in a specific system, preparing commercial representation termination agreements. **Education:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. **Additional information** **Benefits:** * Study allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Meal at the company.
