Responsibilities and Duties * Grant credit to cooperative members; * Plan collection of granted credit to ensure timely payment of the Unit’s accounts; * Ensure commercial planning for the Unit; * Guarantee commercial results and execution of sales policies and premises for inputs; * Negotiate large-volume transactions with cooperative members; * Participate in defining the cooperative member’s coffee delivery target; * Manage the cooperative member’s coffee delivery; * Ensure the Unit’s profitability; * Guarantee cooperative member loyalty to the cooperative; Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree, plus postgraduate specialization. **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite – advanced level. **Knowledge:** Credit policy; Budgetary management; Input market; Indicator analysis; Customer relationship management; Coffee market (physical and futures). **Willingness to relocate:** Region not defined.
