**BUILDING TECHNICIAN \- RPO** **Job Description:** Assist in planning, supervision and monitoring of civil works, ensuring compliance with projects and technical standards. Support the execution of simple construction, maintenance and repair projects for buildings and sanitation systems. Interpret projects, blueprints, sketches and technical specifications. Assist in topographic and altimetric surveys, learning techniques to support projects and property, block and network registration. Control schedules, measurements, and the use of materials, equipment and labor on construction sites. Monitor and record the execution of outsourced and internal services. Prepare basic descriptive reports under the guidance of more experienced professionals. Conduct technical inspections, field audits and surveys. Issue technical reports and photographic records of activities. Support the preparation of budgets, descriptive memorandums and other technical documents. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations. Drive vehicles and operate machinery and equipment as needed and with prior instruction. Use technical tools and software for support **Requirements:** High school with technical education in building construction. Must have registration with the professional council.
