Conducting behavioral and socioeducational workshops **Employment Information** **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Model:** 100% in-person **Location:** *São Bento \- Vitória \- ES* **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher (R$ 35.50\) * Food Voucher (R$ 230.00\) * Transportation Voucher * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Benefit **Job Description:** Professionals with experience in people development or HR processes are eligible for this position. **Main Responsibilities:** * Responsible for monitoring the development of the target audience of the Socioapprenticeship Program, **including apprentices working at the Vitória unit**, aiming to ensure their retention in the labor market and improve professional conduct. * Monitor, track, and apply appropriate disciplinary sanctions regarding attendance of the target audience of the Socioapprenticeship Program, managing **absences, medical certificates, and other incidents**, using a systemic tool. * Act as **a bridge between apprentices and the companies where they are assigned**, mediating conflicts, advising apprentices, and providing support to partner companies’ HR departments whenever necessary. * Ensure compliance with current legislation concerning disciplinary sanctions and termination of the target audience of the Socioapprenticeship Program. * Contribute to the behavioral and professional development of the target audience of the Socioapprenticeship Program by conducting **behavioral and socioeducational workshops** in training rooms. * Strengthen family bonds by conducting coexistence workshops and/or individual counseling sessions for the target audience of the Socioapprenticeship Program. * Ensure that the target audience of the Socioapprenticeship Program acquires knowledge of the norms and rules outlined in the Coexistence Guide, as well as of rights and responsibilities established under the Apprenticeship Law, through orientation sessions. * Collaborate closely with the **Social Development Team**, composed of an analyst, psychologist, and social worker, ensuring appropriate and aligned support tailored to apprentices’ needs. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in technology * Microsoft Office Suite * Completed undergraduate degree Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
