




Job Summary: A Quality Assurance professional to lead contamination investigations, manage prerequisite programs, and support audits and official agencies. Key Highlights: 1. Provide support to official agencies such as SIF, ANVISA, and FDA **Location: São José do Rio Pardo** **Department / BU:** Quality Assurance **Reports To:** Quality Assurance Manager **Is there a mapped internal candidate?: NO** **Day-to-day responsibilities...** * Validate and monitor industrial cleaning activities; * Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and management of the PRP (Prerequisite Program) Committee; * Lead investigations into contamination incidents and consumer complaints; * Draft responses to consumer complaints related to foreign materials, insects, and health issues; * Participate in/monitor engineering and maintenance projects on production lines; * Support official agencies: SIF, ANVISA, and FDA; * Manage foreign material, glass, and similar items; * Report performance indicators to Local Leadership and CTAG; * Participate in internal audits; * Manage zoning instructions in production areas; * Manage/support development of visual standards for production lines. * Deliver NBPF training. **What will contribute to your success?** * Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering disciplines such as Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Biology. * Preferred: Intermediate English proficiency. * Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Food Safety, including hands-on experience with quality systems, manufacturing processes, and integrated pest management. * Preferred: Intermediate English proficiency. * Preferred: Residency in the São José do Rio Pardo region
