




Job Summary: Operates automatic looms to produce woven and knitted fabrics, monitors production processes, splices broken yarns, ensures continuous production, and facilitates communication between shifts. Operates an automatic loom or a set of automatic looms by loading them with bobbins or spools; threading yarns through guides, shuttles, or needles; manipulating control devices; monitoring process parameters; splicing broken yarns; and controlling machine operation to produce woven and knitted fabrics. Reports technical information and incidents to ensure smooth production flow. Complies with technical standards, quality standards, and regulatory norms concerning occupational health and safety, fire prevention, and environmental protection; promotes teamwork, maintains respectful interaction with colleagues, fosters camaraderie, and encourages information exchange between shifts. * Exchange information with the previous shift to ensure continuity and alignment of the production process. * + Adjust the production clock and start machines at the beginning of the shift. + Check spinning yarn, bobbins, and yarn tension, continuously monitoring product quality. + Identify fabric pieces requiring removal, perform removal, weigh them, record them in a dedicated control system, and deliver them to the appropriate storage location. + Assist in removing and installing warp beams. + Monitor warp beam depletion to prevent unplanned stoppages. + Perform beaming operations on beams and/or assist in production activities. + Maintain organization and upkeep of the inventory of fabric pieces. + Perform cleaning and maintenance of looms, tools, and the workplace. + Notify the mechanic immediately upon identifying irregularities or malfunctions in machinery, using incident report forms and verbal communication. + At the end of the shift, inspect fabric pieces requiring removal, clear residual bobbin material, verify the presence of reserve weft bobbins in weft feeders, check waste bins, and conduct general cleaning of the section. + Inform the next shift of the current weaving status and ensure accurate handover of all relevant information.
