FCamara is looking for a **PRODUCT DESIGNER** to work with a leading company in the Brazilian pharmacy market, a reference in Health and Wellness with over 2,000 stores across all Brazilian states. This professional will strategically and operationally design user-centered digital solutions, balancing user experience, regulatory requirements, information security, and business objectives. **Responsibilities and duties** **Main responsibilities** * Participate in the full product design lifecycle, from discovery to continuous evolution. Lead and support user research involving profiles such as pharmacists, clinical teams, and regulatory departments. Create and evolve navigation flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final interfaces. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy, accessibility, and usability best practices. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, technology teams, data teams, QA, and regulatory departments. Document design decisions and maintain design systems or component libraries. Support usability testing and validations with internal and external stakeholders. Guarantee visual consistency, clarity of use, and a high-quality experience across complex digital products. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements** * Experience in UX Design applied to complex digital products. Experience in UI Design with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and usability. * Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma. * Creation of wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems. * Conducting user research and usability testing. * Information architecture. Practical knowledge of digital accessibility. Ability to work with data-driven products and complex workflows. * Product Designer with experience in medium- or high-complexity digital products, comfortable working in regulated environments, with a focus on quality, security, and clarity. **Preferred qualifications** * Prior experience in pharmaceutical companies, healthtechs, biotechs, or regulated environments. * Experience with clinical systems, prescription platforms, or medical/patient portals. * Knowledge of LGPD and sensitive data privacy. * Experience designing for internal systems. * Work in agile teams. * Ability to translate regulatory requirements into simple, intuitive digital experiences. * Analytical, strategic, and operational profile, with interest in projects that directly impact healthcare. **Additional information** **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
