Job Description: Perform operational and administrative tasks within the HR department, ensuring data compliance, timely execution of deliverables, and support for employees. The professional will be responsible for activities related to payroll, onboarding, vacation management, benefits administration, and other processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities and Duties * Execute payroll routines, ensuring verification and submission of information within established deadlines. * Carry out onboarding, offboarding, and employee record update processes in the system. * Manage and schedule vacation time. * Calculate and support year-end bonus (13th salary), termination settlements, and other payroll entries. * Administer and maintain employee benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, food vouchers, health insurance, etc.). * Administer and maintain electronic timekeeping systems. * Monitor and keep eSocial-related information up to date. * Assist in preparing departmental reports and internal controls. * Provide support to employees regarding labor law questions, benefits, and internal procedures. * Ensure proper organization and archiving of departmental documents.
