Become a \#MococaLover too. **Responsibilities and duties** Ensure compliance with environmental policies and legal requirements, promoting continuous improvement in the company's environmental performance through monitoring indicators, proper waste management, and supporting the implementation of sustainability programs aligned with corporate goals and ESG commitments. **Requirements and qualifications** **Technical skills:** * Visit company units to inspect facilities and gather information. * Monitor and control water and effluent quality parameters (pH, BOD, COD, turbidity, etc.), ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. * Audit, monitor, and optimize treatment processes, sludge disposal, and utility systems operations. * Prepare technical reports and present monthly environmental and operational performance results. * Ensure compliance with legal standards, permit conditions, and requirements from environmental agencies. * Develop processes, monitor, and seek sustainable alternatives for solid, liquid, and gaseous waste disposal. * Implement circular economy projects, energy efficiency initiatives, and environmental impact reduction measures. * Train teams on good operational practices, safety, and sustainability. * Control consumption and inventory of chemical inputs, supervise budgets and area procurements. * Support internal and external audits and represent the company before environmental agencies. * Evaluate process performance and propose actions to optimize costs, efficiency, and environmental compliance. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Food Science, Biology, or Environmental Engineering. **Additional information** **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * On-site restaurant; * Wellhub for employees (Gym discounts); * Meal allowance; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Pharmacy discount program; * Discounts on MOCOCA products; * Education Incentive Program (PIED). * Childcare assistance (Specific benefit for women).
