




Activity Acts autonomously in managing the customer portfolio, being responsible for driving strategic and sustainable client success outcomes. Analyzes engagement and adoption data, identifies usage patterns, and proposes proactive solutions to increase retention, expansion, and reduce churn. Acts as a consultative partner to clients, leading business meetings focused on value, performance metrics, and customer progression in solution utilization. Works closely with Product, Support, and Sales teams, contributing to continuous improvement of the customer experience. Participates in structuring team processes, supports junior analyst training, and helps build operational success metrics. This role handles customer and user data, requiring compliance with LGPD, recording of operations when applicable, and support to the DPO in risk identification and communication with data subjects.
