Description:
* High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress is a plus).
* Prior experience in administrative routines; retail experience is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and management systems.
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and aptitude for teamwork.
* Commitment to deadlines and quality in process execution.
You will support the store manager in administrative activities, contributing to the organization, efficiency, and smooth operation of the unit. You will also handle inventory management, team timekeeping, and internal process administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Key responsibilities:
* Monitor inventory and stock levels, ensuring data accuracy and proper movement of goods.
* Perform store opening and closing procedures according to leadership instructions.
* Monitor and administer the team’s electronic timekeeping system, as well as organize and distribute employee benefits.
* Serve internal and external customers by resolving administrative requests and submitting service tickets when necessary.
* Manage HR-related documents, including medical certificates, vacation requests, leaves of absence, and other HR routines.
* Maintain organization and up-to-date status of reports, spreadsheets, and physical and digital files.
* Support leadership in commercial campaigns and store-level institutional initiatives.
* Ensure proper functioning of the unit and preservation of resources and equipment.
