Lead, develop, and engage operational teams. We are seeking an Industrial Manager to lead factory operations, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role is responsible for aligning production, people, and processes with business strategies, focusing on continuous improvement and results. Key Responsibilities * Manage industrial operations, ensuring productivity, quality, deadlines, and costs. * Plan and monitor production, maintenance, and utilities. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (chemical industry). * Implement and monitor KPIs and continuous improvement plans. * Optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency. * Lead, develop, and engage operational teams. * Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Executive Management. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in industrial management. * Experience with production processes, team management, and performance indicators. * Knowledge of GMP, process safety, regulatory standards, industrial automation, Loss Control, and PCP Management. * Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented profile. Desirable Experience with Industrial Equipment * Hydraulic presses for granule tabletting. * Industrial mixers (Ribbon Blender) for solid blending. * Liquid fillers (bottles and stand-up pouches). * Granule packers (vertical and flowpack). * Semi-automatic pouch filling and sealing stations. * Labelers and coding systems. (Technical mastery of all equipment is not required, but experience working in environments utilizing these processes is expected.) Advantages * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Industrial Management or Processes. * Experience in chemical or consumer goods industries. * Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement projects.
