Their role is strategic to ensure business sustainability, operational security, and alignment with the cooperative’s objectives. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage processes, identifying improvement opportunities, requesting and monitoring enhancements with the Administrative Headquarters; * Monitor the agency’s service channels to pursue efficiency and optimal service for members, proposing strategies to improve results. Ensure the team facilitates interaction with digital solutions, promoting a positive experience; * Promote, mediate, and facilitate necessary transformations within the cooperative; * Monitor and track indicators: agency performance, strategic objectives, portfolio evolution, digital platforms, among others; * Jointly develop and deploy strategic initiatives, projects, and actions with the team to increase business volume with quality, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of agency activities; * Provide technical guidance and identify training needs for agency staff; * Support and monitor Treasury, Cash, and Administrative activities (where applicable), ensuring operational security and financial control of the agency, and directing operations toward digital channels; * Support and foster, jointly with (and in support of) the Agency Manager, risk management inherent to operations and financial transactions, as well as monitoring agency efficiency; * Serve members and non-members at the agency premises and other service channels, assisting with inquiries and transactions. Receive service requests and resolve them or redirect members to the channel delivering the best service experience—whether physical or digital; * Foster the development of individual and collective behavioral and technical competencies among agency staff.
