**We are seeking an Administrative and Financial Manager to structure and lead the Treasury, Tax, Controller, Procurement, Safety, and Human Resources departments, ensuring financial sustainability, administrative governance, and direct support to executive decision-making.** **Financial management, cash flow, and planning** Oversee daily cash management and short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow projections, ensuring financial predictability and balance. Develop, monitor, and review the annual budget, forecasts, and actual-vs.-planned performance tracking. Define payment policies and procedures, approval thresholds, internal controls, and financial compliance requirements. Controller and economic\-financial performance Structure and monitor managerial income statements (DRE), balance sheets, cost centers, margins, and profitability by business line, product, and/or customer. Integrate safety into operational routines, ensuring discipline, a safety-oriented culture, and standardization. **Human Resources and labor-related routines** Coordinate HR routines (hiring, termination, vacations, timekeeping, benefits, and payroll), ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and legal compliance. Monitor labor-related charges and obligations jointly with accounting/outsourced HR (where applicable) to prevent liabilities. Track payroll KPIs, accruals, and variances, proposing adjustments to enhance efficiency and cost control. Systems and process structuring **Structure and standardize administrative and financial processes, including documentation, SLAs, and performance indicators.** Support implementation and/or enhancement of management systems (ERP); prior ERP experience is preferred; familiarity with Sankhya is considered a differentiator.
