Job Summary: We are seeking a UX Designer Analyst passionate about sportswear and streetwear lifestyles to conduct research, prototyping, and usability testing of interfaces, ensuring the best possible user experience. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma Description: * Passion for the sportswear and streetwear lifestyle world. * Proven experience as a UX Designer Analyst or in a similar role. * In-depth knowledge of research methodologies and user-centered design. * Proficiency in major design tools, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. * Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility principles. * Experience with the Vtex platform is a plus. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across different company departments. * Emotional intelligence for handling high-pressure situations. * Excellent time and file management skills. * Conduct user research to understand users' needs and behaviors. * Create personas and scenarios to represent diverse user profiles. * Map user journeys to identify improvement points and optimization opportunities. * Prototype digital interfaces using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. * Conduct usability tests to validate interface designs and gather user feedback. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including developers and visual designers—to ensure consistent user experience across all touchpoints. * Participate in design thinking sessions and collaborative workshops to generate innovative solutions. * Stay updated on UX design trends and best practices, applying\-them to projects. 251204020218955494
