Therefore, self-motivation, an innovative mindset, initiative, and empathy are fundamental qualities. ##### **Requirements** * Experience in quality versions and processes; * Experience in critical analysis of documentation with focus on ambiguities; * Ability to identify test scenarios; * Ensure smooth communication between the game design and development teams; * Plan and execute functional tests across different mobile devices, ensuring clear bug reporting before and after version releases; * Prioritize the quality of games delivered to players; * Perform process mapping and work instructions documentation; * Prepare progress reports for test executions. **Technical Skills** * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science; * Knowledge of software quality; * Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle; * Experience/Knowledge of test automation.
