Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Growth Coordinator to lead and optimize growth, acquisition, retention, and revenue maximization initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Lead growth strategies for customer acquisition, activation, and retention. 2. Manage and optimize paid acquisition, engagement, and organic channels. 3. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Technology teams to align efforts. We are looking for a results-oriented Growth Coordinator to lead our growth efforts. This person will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing initiatives that accelerate user acquisition, increase retention, and maximize revenue. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement growth strategies focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization; * Coordinate A/B tests and experiments to validate growth hypotheses; * Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.), customer engagement channels (e.g., email, app, etc.), and organic channels (e.g., SEO, content, referrals, etc.); * Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Technology teams to align growth efforts; * Monitor funnel KPIs (CAC, LTV, churn, NPS, etc.) and report results to leadership; * Identify new market opportunities and digital trends to scale the business; Lead and develop a team of growth analysts and specialists. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Strong analytical ability * Proven experience in growth strategies * Solid knowledge of performance metrics and data tools. * Analytical ability and data-driven mindset * Completed undergraduate degree **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; * Familiarity with SQL; * Experience in the healthcare sector **Desirable:** * Experience with agile methodologies and experimentation testing; * Knowledge of media buying tools, CRM, and SEO; If you possess the above experiences and competencies, we’re looking for a professional like you!
