You will directly contribute to feature implementation, technical quality of deliverables, and continuous architecture evolution. The environment is dynamic and straightforward. You will work within a lean engineering team, participate in technical discussions, and get hands-on with both backend and frontend development — always focusing on delivering high-quality results on time. Here, AI is a working tool, not just a buzzword: we use it daily to accelerate development, automate processes, and support the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: Real-world experience building and orchestrating AI agents, especially with Claude Code — genuine agent-based workflows deployed to production Proficiency in prompt engineering, tool use, context management, and LLM output evaluation Advanced daily use of AI: pair programming, code generation and review, task automation, and creation of workflows that accelerate team velocity Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs — knowing when to trust, validate, or refine them Production-level fullstack development experience Strong background in Java/Spring and/or Node.js/NestJS Experience with modern frontend: React, Next.js, and TypeScript Familiarity with infrastructure and cloud: AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), and Terraform Strong quality culture: experience with Jest, Cypress, and Playwright Hands-on and collaborative mindset, strong technical communication skills, and ability to self-manage Immediate availability to start Desirable Qualifications: Experience building products or features where AI is central (RAG, autonomous agents, internal copilots, intelligent automations) Experience with Chatbot, Zendesk, Reclame Aqui, and WhatsApp Business CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices Microservices architecture in high-availability environments
